PharmaGap offers two simple options:
Standard Package – Pay only for the contracts you conclude.
Unlimited Package – Publish and conclude as many contracts as you like for a fixed monthly fee.

Yes. If you have recurring contracts to display (e.g. every Thursday from 9am to 5pm for 3 months), you can create them in a single step, rather than entering them one by one.

Once the series has been created, you can modify or delete a specific contract or the entire series as required.

Review applications, explore profiles and ratings, and choose the best fit for your needs — quickly and directly.

If a professional cancels, they are required to notify you via the integrated messaging system. You can then remove them from the shift, which will immediately reopen to new candidates.

If the cancellation is due to an error by the platform, the fees will be refunded. However, if the contract is canceled by the professional, through no fault of PharmaGap, the fees will not be refunded, as the platform has fulfilled its responsibility by connecting the professional with your pharmacy.

Fees are charged when the contract is officially closed.
If the cancellation is due to an error on PharmaGap’s part, the fees will be refunded.
Otherwise, no refund will be given, as the platform has fulfilled its mission by facilitating the match

Payment terms are flexible. You discuss your options directly with the professional (Interac transfer, direct deposit, cheque, etc.). Professionals are responsible for providing you with a detailed invoice by e-mail or directly via the application.
