Yes, the Pharmacies served tab displays your history. You can even mark your favorites with a heart.
What kind of reports can I generate from the application?
You can generate saved booking, revenue and contract reports. Simply select the desired period, then export as a PDF file.
How can I track my contract requests?
You can track the status of all your requests in real time in the web or mobile application. Each contract displays whether it is pending, accepted or rejected, and you receive notifications each time it is updated.
When I apply for a contract, how long does it take to get an answer?
Pharmacies have a limited response time, usually less than 48 hours depending on the region. You will receive notification as soon as your request is accepted, refused or expired.
Is there a pharmacy rating system?
Yes, you can view reviews left by other professionals before applying. After each completed contract, you can also rate the pharmacy and leave a comment.
Can I work in several pharmacies in one day?
Yes, as long as your contracts don’t overlap and your schedule allows it. It’s a great way to optimize your income.
Can I generate my invoices via the application?
Absolutely. The integrated invoicing tool lets you create, customize and export your invoices in PDF format, directly from each contract page.
Do I have to pay a fee to use the PharmaGap platform?
No. The platform is completely free for professionals. Pharmacies cover the subscription cost.

How much does it cost to publish a contract?
Publishing a contract is always free, regardless of the package you choose.
PharmaGap offers two simple options:
– Standard Package – Pay only for the contracts you conclude.
– Unlimited Package – Publish and conclude as many contracts as you like for a fixed monthly fee.
You can change your package to suit your needs.
Can I set a recurring schedule for a contract?
Yes. If you have recurring contracts to display (e.g. every Thursday from 9am to 5pm for 3 months), you can create them in a single step, rather than entering them one by one.
Once the series has been created, you can modify or delete a specific contract or the entire series as required.
How do I choose the right professional for a contract?
Review applications, explore profiles and ratings, and choose the best fit for your needs — quickly and directly.
What happens if a professional cancels?
If a professional cancels, they are required to notify you via the integrated messaging system. You can then remove them from the shift, which will immediately reopen to new candidates.
If the professional cancels, will PharmaGap refund my fees?
If the cancellation is due to an error by the platform, the fees will be refunded. However, if the contract is canceled by the professional, through no fault of PharmaGap, the fees will not be refunded, as the platform has fulfilled its responsibility by connecting the professional with your pharmacy.
If I cancel a completed contract, will PharmaGap refund my fee?
Fees are charged when the contract is officially closed.
If the cancellation is due to an error on PharmaGap’s part, the fees will be refunded.
Otherwise, no refund will be given, as the platform has fulfilled its mission by facilitating the match

Can I rate and leave feedback on professionals?
Yes. After each contract, you can leave an evaluation and a comment. Your feedback helps build a community of reliable, committed professionals.
What if no one applies for my contract?
Not enough applicants? Increase the attractiveness of your offer by adjusting the hourly rate or certain conditions. You can modify your contract at any time to attract more professionals.
How are payments made?
Payment terms are flexible. You discuss your options directly with the professional (Interac transfer, direct deposit, cheque, etc.). Professionals are responsible for providing you with a detailed invoice by e-mail or directly via the application.
Can I contact candidates before confirming a contract?
Yes, as soon as a candidate applies, you can use the integrated messaging system to chat with them, ask questions and check whether they match your expectations before confirming the contract.
What kind of reports can I generate from the application?
You can generate various reports — such as reserved, posted, or completed contracts — and export them in PDF format.
